Shipping policy
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification with tracking information where applicable.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped by our company, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier. At this point, the parcel is considered out for delivery.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but is lost or stolen, you must follow the official claims and investigation guidelines set by the courier used for your shipment.
• For orders shipped via Royal Mail, customers must follow Royal Mail’s loss or theft claims process.
• For orders shipped via InPost, customers must follow InPost’s investigation and claims procedure.
Any compensation or reimbursement for lost or stolen parcels will be subject to the courier’s terms and conditions, investigation outcomes, and compensation limits. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements until the courier’s process has been completed and a claim decision has been made.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
